Contract signature and kick off
In the contract we specify the hired services, total price, what's included and what's not.

We can meet in person or via video call to discuss your needs and priorities and establish a tailored price.
I need to know what exactly you are looking for, location and budget.
Property shortlisting and visits
If you're selling I will arrange a photoshoot session with home staging and your property will be out and about on the biggest platforms the next day.
If you're buying I will do initial site visits to filter the market, inviting you only to those properties that align with your requirements and passed my quality check.
End-to-end, from offer to Notary signature and beyond...
I will accompany you throughout the entire process: from the initial offer and negotiations to the deposit agreement (Arras), mortgage application (if needed), and the final signature at the notary.
I also manage renovations and property rental.

When do I pay?
If you are selling: after the Arras (penitentiary deposit) have been deposited by the buyer.
If you are buying: the expenses provision is paid at contract signature and it's deducted from total fees. The remaining fees are paid by the end of the service, after notary public signature.
