  1. Property shortlisting and visits

I conduct initial site visits to filter the market, inviting you only to those properties that align with your requirements and pass my quality check.

I will accompany you throughout the entire process: from making the initial offer and handling negotiations to the deposit agreement (Arras), mortgage application, and the final signing at the notary. If needed, I can also manage renovations and property rental.

When do I pay?

The expenses provision is paid at contract signature and it's deducted from total fees. The remaining fees are paid by the end of the service, after notary public signature.
